Can I reserve my storage unit online?
Yes! You are able to reserve a unit online for any of our facilities. Choose a property, determine your size and then press SELECT next to the size you have chosen.

Yes, typically our facilities charge a onetime administration fee upon move in.

All of our facilities have month to month leases, no long term commitments required.

We always recommend climate controlled storage as it is the best way to protect your possessions.

When can I access my unit?
Our facilities have different office and gate hours. Office hours, when you can expect to find a manager on duty,are Monday-Friday from 9am to 6pm, Saturday from 8am to 5pm and closed on Sunday. Gate hours, when you can access your unit, are available 365 days a year from 6am to 9pm.

What security measures do you offer?
We have 24 hour video security cameras, controlled key pad access and gated facilities.

Does the facility have moving carts available?
Yes, we have an ample supply of large moving carts to make moving into your new unit faster and easier.

There is a phone number and e-mail address listed with each property and both will allow you to directly contact the chosen facility.

We sell all types of moving and packing supplies including boxes, tape, bubble wrap and locks.

Does your facilities insure the contents of my unit?
No, storage facilities do not insure your belongings. Check with your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance to determine if your items will be covered under your current policy. If not you may purchase additional insurance

What types of items are not allowed in my unit?
Hazardous, flammable, toxic, or illegal items should not be stored your unit. Food is also not allowed as it can attract unwanted pests.

Can I store my car, boat, or RV?
Our Braker and Camp Bowie locations offer outdoor storage spaces for your car, boat, or RV. Your vehicle must be operational and insured.

What is a drive up unit?
A drive up unit is outside and allows you direct access to the unit.

How high are the ceilings?
Ceilings in most units are 8-10 feet high.

What is key pad access?
Key pad access is a security feature we offer at all of our facilities. As a tenant you are given a gate code which allows you to enter onto the property and access your unit. No one without a code is allowed entrance to our properties.
